Anybody from Microsoft paying attention?

I have a broken Elite Series 2 Controller which I am trying to get repaired or replaced. This is my third question on here because it appears Microsoft is apparently so big they don't feel the need to employ a real person to deal with customer issues, all I get is being bounced from one computer generated message to another. Worst of all even that useless service doesn't work as I'm getting no responses from my messages!

Have you turned all your [mod removed] servers off????

Please refrain from creating duplicate threads. As stated in your original thread you'll need to contact support directly if you can't submit a repair online. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

Wonder what would happen if say 50% of paying customers removed payment method, think that would get any attention. From Microsoft.... maybe get them to pay more attention to customers than profit margin

I do agree. If they're gonna introduce new weapons to chase or dogtags etc which I got no idea why anyone would bother to chase, you should just unlock them by ranking up the class or your score etc like the vanilla weapons.

It's a mistake that anybody paying attention can see leads to contrived games and gameplay, NOT worthy of the battlefield. I hope DICE is paying attention.

Yes, for me its Dexter Season 7, Episode 8 that does this on xbox one. Wjy doesn't anyone from microsoft pay attention to these issues?
