Anybody else having issues with error code 8015000A on the 360 again?

All the same, I can't get to the password. As a result, I did everything possible, even formatted the disk. The result is one error. As a result, there are no games on the disk, no profile, thank Microsoft that nothing works

I have tried ALL the fixes and nothing is working.....The problem is is that you can't actually get to the point of adding your password on the 360....as soon as you enter the email for the microsoft account that's when you get the 0815000A error....so it seems it's something between the credentials online and your email....this is really driving me nuts....I have never had this problem until recently I had to change my Microsoft password and now I can't get back in on my 360.....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Yes, that could be a problem.
However, could you try the app password option and use the new app password instead of your current password to download your profile?

In case that option doesn't work, and if you're able, try adding a new alias and use the new alias + the new app password to download your profile on the Xbox 360.

Exact same issue for me today, I will be reporting this over and over again until it is resolved!

Yeah I'll have to wait. I don't have the same phone number so I can't cancel it and the 2FA won't use the new number until next month. All of the options in the security dashboard under my account and the authenticator app show the same screen when I open them. At least Microsoft takes security serious. Looks like I'm stuck in limbo until the changes take affect. Thanks again for your help though
