Any way to Live Stream Microsoft Edge?

I'm pretty sure all the catch up apps can be found on the Xbox One, but as for streaming tv live through freeview, I'm not sure of any apps, have you tried using the Edge browser on Xbox One to go to the freeview website and stream live tv that way?

I am not having any issues with my Series X console in terms of browsing and using the Microsoft Edge browser in streaming Youtube and other video streaming sites.

On the other hand, if I am using Microsoft Edge on my laptop or android phone, it can't also stream Discovery Plus.

Based on the question you asked add-ons might not be necessary however, we need to isolate the issue first if this happens on particular version of browser, update or website. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

1. May we know if your browser - Microsoft Edge has installed the newest update? To check pending update, you may launch Microsoft Store from console and search for Microsoft Edge. Is your Xbox Console updated?
   
2. May we know if you have issues with the live streams from other websites? Please watch and check if same issue happens.
   
3. Did you notice any error message or code prompted when trying to watch a live stream? Please post a screenshot and conceal any personal information.
   
4. Have you tried using InPrivate Windows in Microsoft Edge? Is it same issue?
   
5. May we ask if the website will work when using your phone to stream at your home. Since the issue happened at home, we can check if issue persist.

Please note that the streaming services needs to adapt their websites to the Edge console version.
If the sites aren’t working as expected probably it’s because the website doesn’t support well Edge

You can try sharing this feedback with the website developers, in that way they can add compatibility with Edge on consoles soon
