Any way to access my Mass Effect 2 save I have on my old Xbox One, on my new Xbox One X ?...

I've seen posts about transfering saves from X360 to XBOne, but couldn't find anything about what I'm going through.

I've played Mass Effect 2 a few weeks ago on my Xbox One via BC ( the digital version of the game ) , but didn't finish the game.

I recently bought a Xbox One X, and wanted to continue that save. So I've downloaded the game on the One X, and launched it. All I have is " new game " , no way to load my save. I'm guessing this means the game doesn't automatically keep a copy of the save
in the cloud.

So today I checked on my old Xbox One to see if the save is still there, and yep, it is. I've tried to load the save, to save the game on a different storage ( in the cloud ) but it seems that there's no way to save anywhere else than on the XBOne's hard
drive, as it doesn't give me the possibility to choose where to save.

So I was wondering, is there a way to transfer that save file on my XBOne X so I can access that save on my new console. Or do I have no other choice than to start a new game all over again ?

Also, another issue I have is about the DLCs of this game. I have bought all of the DLC, they all are installed on my old XBOne ( I've checked ) and like I said, I've played it before and there was no issue. But today, when trying to load the save file,
it told me that the save couldn't load because some DLCs needed to load the save ( as some of them had been played already ) were missing. Basically, it told me I was missing every story-related DLCs ( Shadow Broker, The Arrival, and so on ) and the Crash
Site and Cerberus Network DLCs too. Only the items and appearences packs seemed to be fine.

So I checked, but no, none of them were missing, they are all installed. So I've tried to uninstalled the " missing " DLCs, and install them back on. It didn't fix anything. In the end, I uninstalled the entire game and every DLCs, and installed all of them
back. That fixed it, and I was able to load the save, so I though everything was fine now. But then, I turned off my XBOne to go to work. When I came back home and turned it back on, I've tried to load the save again, and I got this error message again, telling
me those same DLCs were missing. Once again, I had to uninstall everything related to ME2, and install everything back on, to be able to load my save.

Something is wrong about the DLCs, don't know if it's on Microsoft or on EA/Bioware, but this needs to be fixed. I don't wanna have to waste 3 hours of my time everyday to wait for the game and the DLCs to get installed before I can actually play the game,
'cause when everything is installed, well, I don't have any time left to play and therefore have to turn off my console, causing the DLCs to get messed up once again, so won't be able to play next time neither. Don't know what is causing this, but this needs
to be fixed, and quick. Anyone having an idea what could possibly cause this ?

This is one of the reasons why I want to get my save on my XBOne X, maybe those DLCs won't mess up on this console. I won't know before I get a chance to try it.
