Any way around a broken Sync (Enroll) button?

So a few years ago my xbox took a tumble and lost the ability to use any of the buttons on the outside of the xbox including the power, disc and now enroll button. This is a problem because i got a new headset for christmas and id really love to use it
but its wireless and i cant get it connected. Does anybody know how I can connect it another way through the xbox or can walk me through taking it apart to find the button and press it on the inside? Thank you so much for your help in advance you guys are

Hi there.

My only experience with this was when i happend to take my faceplates off to clean and my wire board become detached from the clip clamp which is how your buttons from your faceplate work.

There are numerous videos on YouTube to help guide you through carefully on how to do this. Advising you step by step through words alone would be a tough concept to give and grasp for yourself. So id advise youtube for this one.

I think I have found the issue - one of my controllers is broken and the right trigger is stuck on. It's also missing the sync button. Is there any way I can unpair the controller without the sync button?

So do I understand that correctly that in order to "fix" a broken Sync Button, you ripped the button out?

In that case, there is no other way to get the controller to sync with your mobile device.

You could try to re-attach the button, or bridge the contacts manually to get the controller into sync mode.

But without the button, there is no other way to get the controller into sync mode.

I bought it used froma friend he had it working on his console but when I got it the sync button was pushed in all the way. Then I opened up the contoller to find the sync button has completely broken off and rattles around in my contoller so pressing the
sync button on my controller is not possible
