Any updates on when the party animals second play test will be available and working?

We recommend trying to update the controller (without the headset plugged in). Go to settings>Kinect and devices>devices and accessories>click the 3 dots (…)> at top will say firmware version click that even if it says no update available. The console runs
a few second test that usually fixes any issue with the controller ( if any). Then plug the headset firmly in and try it again.

With game chat in fortnite the people chatting have to be in close proximity from each other in order to hear them. To test it have him make a separate party chat and invite a friend to test the headset.

give it time, they will update the console and fix any problems in time, even with beta testing when it comes to party chat, they cant test it fully until the games that are made are complete, shouldn't be long till we get an update to fix these issues.

I took a look to see if there any recent updates, but it looks like the last update released was in 2014. If you haven't already, make sure that your TV is fully up to date. Do you happen to have a second TV available to test to see if there's any change?

What you need to do is first when it asks you to update say no. Then head to test connection and sign out and test your connection. The it will ask the second time click no again. Then finish the test connection. Sign in after u tested your connection and
OK the update it will work now.

I'm actually having the same problem since the update. Party chat, both in game (Neverwinter) and Xbox's Party Chat app, disconnect my mic on my headset. The headset and mic both work in party chat before someone joins but as soon as someone connects with
me they hear me for only a second and then it disconnects my mic. It's not muted. It works fine in Skype. I've tried partying with different users. I've tried updating the controller and headset adapter but no updates available. I've tried different controllers.
I've tried different headsets as well and the only headset that will work is the crappy one that came with the Xbox. I've hard reset the console. I've gone into every setting imaginable and still no go. Any help would be immensely appreciated.
