    This is not a problem in de current publically released update of the Xbox One Dashboard, but you are likely participating in the preview update for the Xbox One. The issue you are experiencing is a known issue with the current preview update.

    Is there any current XBOX LIVE service issues?

    Sorry to hear it. You would need to log in here https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status to see and issues with live.

    If you're having trouble with your console please try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps
