Any update on why the AMC app is not working? AMC+?

I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with your AMC app. We are very glad to help you out to find some of the best possible options and troubleshooting's that we can provide for you.

To get started, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the problem that you're facing:

• Is this the only streaming app that you are having issues with specifically?
  
• Have you tried to use AMC using a browser on your Xbox console in which if you can as well stream?
  

This is just for us to ask if this is just happening specifically or might happen to all media streaming app so that we can provide some necessary troubleshooting's if needed.



Firstly, I would like to ask if you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the AMC app? This can often make some differences with the app not working properly. If you haven't tried this yet, please follow these steps:



1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select My games & apps.

3. Highlight the AMC app and press the Menu button on your controller.

4. Select Uninstall.

5. Once the app is uninstalled, go to the Microsoft Store and search for the AMC app.

6. Select Install to download and install the app again.



If the issue persists after reinstalling the app, please check if there are any updates available for the app. To do this, follow these steps:



1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select My games & apps.

3. Highlight the AMC app and press the Menu button on your controller.

4. Select Manage game & add-ons.

5. Select Updates.

6. If there are any updates available, select Update all.

AMC is responsible for their app, you need to report the bugs to them

Yes this is the only app giving me issues.

My network stats meet the requirements.

I have tried to restart my modem and router. Uninstall and reinstall the app. Also hard reboot my Xbox.

I just uninstalled the app then hard rebooted my Xbox. Then reinstalled the app and it is working now. Thank you for your help.
