    Any suggestions?


    About two days ago I purchased an Xbox one game bundle that is currently discounted for the next nine days. I’ve paid for it, received an account receipt, the exchange exists in my order history and claims it’s “complete”. But in actuality it isn’t, it doesn’t show in my library or in my ready to be installed queue, and whenever I attempt to install it via the console’s Microsoft store it’ll take me to view its content to choose when/where to install it but nothing appears. I’ve power cycled my console, and when that didn’t work I cleared the cache, still nothing. And quite frankly this is the third time I’ve had to go through this process since the year began. It’s a dreadful and frustrating situation to have to be in, especially when it involves a potential waste of money. What can I possibly do?

    I don't understand how that is modification, it's just using my old (detachable) drive from another xbox? Neither have been opened up or changed from standard

    Yes it's an external microsoft hard drive, plugged into console via usb port. The console itself is the one with a 4??gb internal hard drive

    @DemonicKrusher, easy dude, this was a while ago and i was peer pressured into doing it i'm sorry i'm not perfect, trust me i'm not like that anymore and I have never cheated since. To everyone else, thanks for your input.

    Yes, that is it and when I follow that link it allows me to choose to install it to my Xbox with remote features. It installs but when I attempt to pause it or attempt to view the rest of its content it disappears from both the queue and my library again.

    The installation has stopped and doesn’t allow me to interact with it now.

    It's a hard drive that was on my old white xbox. It does give me the option to choose drives, and is showing up where i put it.
