Any solution for 0x91d70001 error?

the error message is "it is impossible to read the CD (0x91d70001)"

The error I get is 0x91d70001 not
0x91d7000a?

Tried re-installing app and went through tv settings once again without finding anything wrong. Can't find any subsampling settings. Now I get the 0x91d70001 error when loading Deadpool again.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with that peculiar issue trying to play Close Encounters.

I split your post off of the thread that it was originally on so that we can tailor our help to your situation's specific need. If this happened after the recent update, then I would suggest trying the steps on our support page entitled "My
Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay" for the Blu-ray app.

If that doesn't do the trick and still forces you to do that funky workaround, then I would suggest a soft reset of your console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.
