Any possible way to get my decade old achievement lock ban unlifted?

A warning is saying "you've disobeyed our Code of Conduct, here's "X" punishment, this is your one and final warning. The CoC is an agreement, not a warning. One of which maybe .01% of the population reads, just as any Terms and Conditions etc.

You would have had to try contacting the enforcement team at the time it was issued, but since you do admit to modding them, it's highly unlikely they would have lifted the reset. Otherwise, gamerscore resets are permanent. The only way to re-earn those achievements is by starting a new account.

Was there even an enforcement program then? I received no communication at all at the time, no email, no warning, no Xbox message or anything. Just reset and locked.

I'm fine with the reset, but really a no warning lifelong lock? It's been almost a decade. I could understanda repeat offender, but dang. I feel like someone higher up should make a review on this. Many people who made a dumb choice still continue to support MS and purchase their games, consoles, merch, memberships etc.

The reset isn't the issue though, I'm fine with and don't care about the reset. It's the potential life-long achievement lock.
