Any possible way to get back a lost 2011 account?

We have found out the cause (and this was their fault I would say mostly) but it was a scam on Hypixel where they gave a person 1 time access to their account for an unknown thing and didn't realize what happened but now they don't have any control of their account (we think that they possibly changed the password). Anything we can do or no possibly because it was pilot's error?

@Viral Cyrix, I never left the game. Or Arena. I just went from the Venging Machine and into the Battle Arena. If you did this mission,then you know they're in the same space. No leaving or exiting anything.

What I did was, in the room where the vending machines are. I dropped my guns on the floor. Then went back into the arena and picked up everything there and sold what i didn't want. Then turned around and started picking up my guns up off of the floor. That's
when I realized that my upper levl guns were gone.

I've did this before. In BL-1 and BL-2 and in all Dlc. If I was in a place where I wanted to pickup a whole lotta guns at once. I'd drop guns on the ground/floor. Grab everything all at once,then vend what iI didn't want. then pickup my guns. Why do this?
Because it's easy to do. and always been safe. I can drop 20 guns then have room to pick up 20 guns. Then vend them. then go back and pick up my guns.

But it's this time that ALL Upper Lvl guns and Torgue Vending Machine guns were gone. Why?

That's why I want to find a way to go back to specific point in the game as described in the OP
