    Any one know how to get in contact with these people!


    I sent an email back on the 29/10. I’m still awaiting a response to said email. Becoming a joke now tbh.

    Getting in contact with them is so hard. Virtual agent is a pile of poo and all I want is a human to speak to.

    yeah. but most people say one thing and do another. For instance how many people out here said i know a hacker to get a smack talker to shut up and play the game most of friends say they do but don't know any.

    Hello Big Bang,

    Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Smwutches is correct, you must use that link in order to request a callback or chat with support. When you get to the virtual agent, you can skip that step to continue and look into your contact options.

    As for those error codes, check out these helpful links :

    Error 8027025A occurs when you try to sign in or start an Xbox One app
