    First of all the first notification is a in-game suspension not an enforcement team

    You will have to goto halo waypoint for that one

    Email hacked and also xbox hacked. Sorry to hear that.

    All you can do is recover your email account first (and see what else has been compromised), and then recover the xbox account (and any other accounts that were compromised from the stolen email account).
