Any news on the Xbox Dashboard (Storeboard)?

Is there any news on whether customisation options will be made available to Xbox users to enable the dashboard to look like it did before the July update?

By 'before' I mean no Microsoft Store feeds that are completely irrelevant to me and all of the groups visible (and in order) that I spent ages sorting for my games library. I can see that some people don't mind it or actually prefer this new adfest -that's cool, they should be allowed to keep it at is but I would like an option where I can get rid of all the ads and feeds like it was before the July update.

So it actually feels like a dashboard again and not the Microsoft Store. I now refer to to it as the Xbox Storeboard.

I've since disabled my Gamepass Core and let it run out yesterday. A small drop in the ocean but feels liberating nonetheless. I am very grateful for Steam these days. Always good to have an ad free dashboard when pc gaming compared to the abomination on my Xbox.

your xbox 360 is moded? because i have the new dashboard and some games are not going any more!!!

Hi MyPVPstings,

Xbox hasn't released any details about the Series X dashboard or UI so we don't know for sure if there will be customization options or other new features, but given Xbox's history I would say it's a pretty safe bet there will be new and customizable features
on the dashboard. Happy gaming!
