Any link to refund money paid about games?

1. Access your Microsoft account page;
2. Under Payment and billing, click Order history;
3. In the order in which you want a refund, click Request a refund;

Well yeah, I paid for it. With a card from a bank. They sent the refund to an old card to an old bank account that does not exist. Therefore, they didn't send any money back, to anyone. They still have the money.

Definitely not the answer I wanted to hear but I understand, thank you.

But just another question,

Is it possible to refund any recent purchases I made in game and have my money returned? I used pre-paid cards.

I thought microsoft were intelligent because all they have to do is refund any money outstandint back to the bank account of the person who has paid or is that too simple???
