    Any insiders experiencing recurring packet loss?


    I'm getting constant packet loss and disconnect issues playing online games.

    Not an issue with my Internet. Wired connection and other devices working with no issue.

    Xbox seems to disconnect briefly and then reconnect.

    I am also experiencing unacceptable upload packet loss:

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.

    Problems with system update

    Hi Cassioall,

    Sorry you're experiencing problems with the updates.

    Are you apart of the xbox insiders hub? if so, this could be a cause for some update errors, i'd recommend doing a power cycle, and restarting all internet/networking equipment to make sure there are no dropped packets or packet loss during the update process.

    Also can you please go to pingtest.net and click begin test and report the results. I need to know the results of your packet loss, jitter and overall grade. It sounds to me that you are having packet loss problems from what you are describing. I will favorite
    this post please get back to us as soon as possible. If the packet loss is your problem we can go from there, Also if you get a grade that ends in a star as in c* or b* just click begin test again. What that means is for one reason or another it was not able
    to read the packet loss if you are experiencing any at all

    last night its work when i rest my console but today not

    . after i did Test multiplayer connection... the result

    Not connected

    your network isn't set up......

    how can fixed this..?
