any ideas not showing on cloud storage...

I'm trying to swap my save file from 360 to one via cloud to carry on gaming and everytime it says no save file on my one even though I've moved it to cloud.....

Cloud storage unavailable

I'm trying to enable the cloud storage on my Xbox 360 so I can move my saved games to my new Xbox One but I keep getting the message "Sorry cloud storage isn't available to everyone yet. For more info go to www.xbox.com/cloudstorage." I have a gold account
so it's not that. Any ideas on what I need to do to fix this?

360 won't recognize USB flash drive.

I can't configure it because it is not showing up in the list of storage devices along with the original Xbox HDD and cloud storage.

Just to be sure we've covered all the bases, take a peek at
this guide and be sure you've done all the steps outlined there. You can also try

removing/readding your Xbox Live profile to your Xbox One console.

hi I unistalled the game and reinstalled it and I noticed the syncing cloud data never appeared the game just started.....not sure what else to do I use a WP passport for my xbox one EHDD could I plug that in and format it to my xbox 360 and swap data onto
that or will it corrupt it.....

removing/readding your Xbox Live profile to your Xbox One console.

Hey there,

Using an external Hard Drive wouldn't work in this case. The save file needs to be transferred from the cloud. To clarify, are you signed into the same profile that the save game was transferred from?
