Any ideas for a console that doesn't load up multiplayer games?

This problem has more to do with them just resetting the console. When I reset my console the first time my games worked just fine for about a day, then I did another reset to see if would do anything and it got worse, when I tried to load up Fortnite the power button blinked 3 or 4 times then returned me to the Xbox home. Right now it is in getting repaired to see what the problem is. My thoughts are that it is having a problem with the wifi component inside the Xbox that might be coming undone and might need soldering to fix it.

To fix this, we may need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

My game loads up to the menu, but will not go into the game. The loading sequence seems to be fine, but the actual play will not start. Any ideas?

Is your game disc in good condition? Any scratches?

Do multiplayer mapes load if you choose either Private Match or Combat Training?

If your console has a hard drive, try installing the game. Do the maps load up now?

Try borrowing a friends copy, or a game rental, see if the maps load now.

The only game that freezes on start up is Mw3, the apps start up but It stops at a loading screen. Any idea?
