    Any idea if there are plans for a larger storage expansion card


    I am unsure if this is an allowed post but here goes - apparently there was a leak that WD will be a second approved source for storage expansion and prices are also going down. What are the chances that an expansion card larger than 2TB will be made available? Is there a technical limitation that prevents one from being offered?

    The problem with Fallout 3 is that it came out when the maximum size of external storage was 512MB, which after formatting isn't enough for any expansions. Fallout 3 will only recognise expansions stored on a 360 hard drive. This isn't all Microsoft's

    I'm sorry for that. Is the game stored on your Internal Storage or Expansion card? A corrupted expansion card may cause issues as well.

    Based on your description, it seems that you should be experiencing an issue where Xbox is not recognizing your expansion card.



    You can try the following steps:

    1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.

    2.If you don’t see the Storage Expansion Card listed, remove the card from the back of the console, wait 30 seconds, then reinsert the card firmly into the Storage expansion slot.

    3.If you don’t see the Storage Expansion Card in the storage devices page after 30 seconds, remove the card, restart the console, then insert the card again.

    If your Xbox still can’t recognize the Storage Expansion Card, get more help at:

    Hi,

    Are you referring to the Expansion card for 1TB extra storage? If you are then yes, this can get very warm to the touch. Totally normal and within the design of the expansion card.

    I'm sorry to inform you that it is not possible to use two Seagate Storage Expansion Cards at the same time on Xbox Series X|S consoles. The architecture and design of the console only allow for the connection of a single storage expansion card, and there are no adapters or hubs available to connect two storage expansion cards.
