    Any higher ups in xbox/microsoft that can help?


    I got a permanent ban on my xbox account and my console that i received for no reason back in december of 2022. I’ve been trying for months now to resolve this and i have gotten no luck at all. I’ve been talking to Microsoft Support for the past 3 months trying to figure out why this happened and had 0 luck with any of it. They always say that I can submit a case review/ appeal the ban,(which for context, you can’t do that for permanent bans and they should know this). I’ve been playing xbox for 10+ years now and it just broke me knowing how much money and time I spent on my account for it to just be taken away from me for no reason. I’m not a toxic person and I don’t really talk online unless it’s with my friends. If anyone can help that would be the best thing to ever happen to me.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans. A case review is the only way to contact them. Console bans cannot be reviewed, but account bans typically can. But if there is no option for a review or you did submit a review and it was denied, there is nothing else that can be done.

    Hate to burst your bubble but xbox has the only appeal proccess Nintendo and sony dont have one I know cause Nintendo shadow banned my switch

    Honestly, that’s the worst way to try and help players who has this happen to them. I have done NOTHING to receive this and yet I have no way to get the ban? That’s technically just stealing money, being an xbox player for 10+ years and just to get banned for no reason and no way to get help for it? Microsoft and xbox have the worst support team and enforcement team ever.

    We're more than happy to help with the issue. If you're determined to file a complaint about Microsoft or their support though, there's a 'Feedback' link at the very bottom of any Xbox web page that will send your information to the 'higher ups'.
