Any help? Xbox not connecting to monitor.

I was playing my xbox and then my monitor turned off and now is saying no signal, I have tried different HDMI cables, a different monitor and yet it still wont work, the xbox will turn on its just that it wont connect to the monitor, I have tried holding the small button down and the xbox logo button to enable the reset but that will not show up on my screen either, any help? I have an Xbox One X and i havent powered it in over 6 months until last thursday, and today this has happened around 2-3hours ago. I have tried everything, ive tried to reset it like 20 times too.

If none of the solutions I gave you solved the problem, it could be a hardware problem, and this problem can only be fixed with repair or replacement of the device, as this will depend on the seriousness of the problem.

I have tried everything, I cant reset it because nothing will show up on my screen.....

The monitor does work i connected it to my pc and it worked, so im not sure whats going on with the xbox

When I do that nothing comes up on my screen, my monitor has the yellow light on it meaning that its turned off, what it does is turn on, say no signal and turn off.

Not sure, had it for a while, only came back to playing it 1 week ago after leaving it in the box for 6+ months
