Any help on my Network Transfer being slow?

if you're using Wi-Fi for both that's your problem, if you use a wired connection for both system as it will go much much faster

Connecting a 100Mbps NIC isn't going to slow your network down. My entire network is gigabit speed, with the exception of a 100Mbps NIC in my network printer and Xbox 360. I still get transfer speeds of over 100MB/s between PCs. 100Mbps is more than enough
for any HD stream.

If it's going slow through a network transfer, it'll also go slow having to reinstall each game. So it's up to you if you want to start over or just let the transfer finish.

Regardless of how you transfer them, your saves are stored on the cloud and will resync when you start the games. How you transfer the games themselves has no effect on that.
