Any help here? This is annoying.

I have the Series X and am on an IPv4 connection. I’ve cleared my MAC address and set my DNS to 8.8.8.8 Primary and 8.8.4.4 Secondary but my console still won’t connect to the internet on startup. Any help?

Which error message do you receive?

Please, if you know how to do it, make a Wi-Fi hotspot router on your phone and connect to it.

That way we can isolate the issue, by testing another internet connection, using your mobile data plan.

I just called the costumer support and they told me that it will work but maybe in some games that are 18+ i wont be able to use xbox live =/

Well yes, because I bought a 12 month Gold membership form the USA and it worked fine. (I'm from the UK).

If you're not too sure, you can always buy Gold membership from online retailers from the UK.

Gold membership will work, but Microsoft Points will not.
