Any good advice on this issue

Xboxone S is not reading discs or playing saved games..l have done the factory reset n hoover it, you know the usual stuff..its 2yrs old n im hoping its not the disc reader gone?

Please try a Blu-ray movie in it to confirm the drive has failed. If it has you will have to send your console in for service

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If none of the discs are being recognized by the console according to Xbox support:

"If you use Sleep mode, change to Shutdown (energy saving) mode and power cycle the console

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power options > Select Shutdown (energy saving) mode."

After that perform a powercycle on your console and then try inserting any disc again.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Updates are good. Issue is still present. Has to be a hardware issue. Any advice on what to replace or repair.

Capture plates are not necessary for CTF. In Forge, load the map and make sure the gametype is NOT basic editing. It needs to be whatever CTF variant you're adjusting the map for. You need at least 2 flag stands (one for each base, if it's multiflag or one
flag). Then you must edit the properties of them. Go into the "Advanced" settings and change their profile to "CTF_FLAG_RETURN".

it be cause of your internet connetion cause i had that same problem and all it was bad internet
