    Any fixes for audio problems on discord for xbox?


    Whenever i am in a discord lobby, members of the discord say my audio will speed up at times and sound robotic to the point that what i say is inaudible. Not a constant issue but occurs often. Definitely not a problem with my headset and mic as normal xbox party works completely fine. Any fixes?

    I am sorry to hear that.

    This might be due to a network issue.

    Please, try clearing your MAC address.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system, then Settings.

    In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

    Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

    Select Restart console and then select Restart.

    (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

    Sign in to your console.

    Can only hear discord audio through headset on Xbox One

    The same problem is happening to me , i have turtlebeach headset for my xbox one and i can only hear my friends thru discord i cant hear the game in the background of my headset , ive done everything i can to fix them but the audio wont come out from my headset just the discord call

    Latest Xbox update with completely new Discord (full Discord with servers and channels) seems to fixed the problem.

    Honestly the best option here for separating the audio would be Discord (or another 3rd party chat program) and I'm quite surprised that you say the audio on there isn't as good as Xbox because from my experience audio in Discord is much better. You may
    want to check your settings in Discord and make sure it's all good there.

    Voice chat will not work correctly.

    No, discord works just fine, only windows overlay does this. Even if it was the audio, i i wouldnt know how to fix it
