Any fix for XSX download stopping and starting?

My XSX is a year old and always consistently downloaded at a decent speed of 150-200Mbps. Now it starts at that usual speed and slowly drops to a complete pause of the installation within a minute. Then, it will randomly start to download again, but only at 1-5Mbps. I have power cycled, restarted, and cancelled progress to restart a fresh download but nothing worked. My pc has no problem downloading games at the same speed as usual and even the Xbox’s network connection test records my download speed as ~166Mbps. I notice other people have this problem, but no real response besides the Xbox “support” essentially telling them to turn on and off. What else should I try?

Yes if you have the XSX you need to download the XSX/S version

I had this issue on XSX. Hard reset fixed the issue.

xbox basically stops at 0%, which I follow the fix it instructions by typing the command under powershell it will sometimes goes to 4% and stops.

Microsoft store just stopped at starting download..
