"My 7 Year old son has purchased £68.98 worth of Robux without my authorisation. He didn't spend them and the game has now been removed from the xbox so that he cant. How do I go about getting this refunded to my account?"

If you backed out at any point, or accidentally declined the free offer, then it is gone.

When it said to put in the card, did you back out then come back with the info?
