Any Audio Device I Plug Into My Xbox Controller Makes A Ringing Noise

Turtle Beach XO7 headset has game audio customization and mic settings based on the noise level of your environment. My two cents would be that when you plug in the controller charger cable the volume of the headset increases to overcome the plug in noise.

I don't have any other audio device attached to my Xbox. I have figured out that it only happens on my wired controller. This morning I switched back to the wireless and the audio level is fine. Although the wired is still stuck on the same audio levels
whenever I tried to plug my headset back in.

Are any of you able to get audio from it? I plugged my Xbox One stereo headset into my controller but no audio and no way to routing audio to it, is there supposed to be software to control it?

Hey there, we are a little unclear on what the device is that you are connecting to the console, can you give us a make/model of the audio converter, also does the console make noise when the device is not connected to it?

I don't know if the audio converter model might help, but I bought it on Amazon.fr: Prozor DAC numeric SPDIF TosLink to analog. But the console still make noise even when the device is not connected and only when I watch Netflix. However, after 4 days without
using my console, I watched a movie yesterday on Netflix and the console didn't make any noise. I will keep you updated.
