Any advice or help with my device service and repair form address field problems?

May I know if you tried adding manually the address first here and then proceed with the repair request?

If yes, may I know if you tried using a different device?
A different Wi-Fi network?
Or if you have a VPN, proxy, firewall or similar service active in your device turn it off and then try again?

The mic is not working on any other devices and the Xbox, both of them. Is that correct?
