    Here is normal. I ask you to enter this link and check the status of the Xbox in your country.

    If your Xbox statuses are normal and you are still having problems with your connection, I suggest you change your connection's DNS.

    Open the guide by pressing the Xbox button on your controller.

    Move right to the System tab > Settings > Network > Select Network Settings.
    Select Advanced Settings.

    Write down your existing DNS servers on this screen on a paper or phone.

    Select DNS settings.

    Select manual.

    Enter the following

    Try the following DNS

    Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1 Secondary DNS: 1.0.0.1

    • Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
    • Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

    2. Are you able to download anything without receiving errors or disconnecting?
    3. Do you receive any errors when you disconnect from Xbox Live?
    4. When you run the network connection test, does it fail at any point?
    5. What region are you currently located in?
    6. What region is your account currently located in?

    Same here, I still have an issue. When Testing the Xbox LIVE connection, Network and Internet show as Connected, but Xbox LIVE shows as failed. This happens with both wifi and a wired connection. Everything else, from my pc to my PS3, connect without any
    issues.
