Dzień dobry,

skorzystałem z promocji 3 miesiące za 4zł, przedawniło się 3 marca a myślałem ze 6, mój błąd. Konto połączone było paypalem na którym na szczęście nie ma 160zł które Microsoft chce teraz pobrać za możliwość anulowania subskrypcji. Support powiedział ze muszę
czekać do 60 dni na przedawnienie płatności zeby znowu móc korzystać z konta, jednak pomimo braku płatności subskrypcja nadal jest aktywna. Miał ktoś kiedys podobny przypadek? Nie chce robić innego konta na którym będę mógł włączyć subskrypcje bez Gold.

I took advantage of the promotion 3 months for 4zł, expired on March 3 and I thought of 6, my mistake. The account was connected to paypal on which fortunately there is no 160 zł which Microsoft wants to download for the possibility of canceling
the subscription. Support said I have to wait up to 60 days for the payment limitation to be able to use my account again, however, despite the lack of payment, the subscription is still active. Had anyone ever had a similar case? I don't want to do another
account where I'll be able to turn on subscriptions without Gold.

Thank you for you anwser, I already contacted with the support, and they told me that i have 2 options, either to pay 160zl and than cancel, or wait about 60 days for payment to expire and continue from there, what worries me is that i still have an access
to the game pass even tho I should now, was wondering if anyone else had similar issue.

Hi Andrezaj,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand the subscription is not paid for completely? Did you purchase a 3 month subscription fine or it try straight for a 6 month subscription? If this just happened, it does take some time to straighten out
if payment wasn't made. Also keep in mind if you have a credit/debit card linked to your paypal, it may of charged that also. You should be able to use the account though we recommend to request a call from support and go over all options as we are not able
to see the account like they can.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Logując się na konto nie mam opcji anulowania subskrypcji.

Skorzystałam tylko z okresu próbnego.

Nie chcę przedłużać subskrypcji tylko ją anulować.

Mam tylko opcje zaległej zapłaty za nią.
