Anthem Closed Alpha/Xbox insider Hub not working

Discus and support Anthem Closed Alpha/Xbox insider Hub not working in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I was approved for the Anthem Closed Alpha, but to download it you need to use the Xbox Insdier Hub.     Anthem Closed Alpha/Xbox insider Hub not working


    I was approved for the Anthem Closed Alpha, but to download it you need to use the Xbox Insdier Hub. I cannot access it because it says I am underage. How do I fix this? I wanted to use another account which was able to login to the insider hub but anthem
    is not available, because only the account that cannot enter the insider hub has “access” to the alpha.

    AFAIK, you cannot make an account adult once a child's age has been put on it...the account will have to age naturally until it reaches Adult status (18 IIRC).

    Unfortunately you are stuck. Their is no fix to get around the age verification. As already stated, once you set the age when creating an Xbox account, that age has to naturally propagate to adult 18 (20 in Korea and Japan)
