This isnt the first time xbox has had sign in problems for hours at a time. Obviously they haven’t completely fixed it, and is now slowly becoming a habit. Meaning their is a cause and it isnt just a one off. Hopefully we can get some kind of explaination
and understanding as to why we pay for services that get cut off right under our noses and everyone turns a blind eye? I’m not gonna make a huge deal about a few hours on one friday night when its only $10-15/month. But I could see how if this continued to
happen frequently and for more time people could get genuinely upset. Regardless, thanks for fixing the problem fairly quickly microsoft. But we wouldn’t say no to a small token to make amends for your subscribers from the company owned by the richest man
ever. Thanks!

so working on your top price of $15 a month, that is $180 a year, divided by 365 days equals $0.49 per day, divided by 24 hours equals $0.02 per hour. You pay $0.02 per hour and it is down for 3 hours, so you want compensation of $0.06. That is what it
equates to, yes there have been a few issues but they get fixed relatively quickly. Server upgrades, maintenance issues amongst other things can cause an outage. Having a little patience is a virtue, we all know your frustration as we are fellow gamers too.

It's a live service.It will have issues from time to time.

I've been a gold member since xbox live began & think they do a great job keeping it up & running & they fix it as quick as they can if there is an issue

It does tell you that you wont get or are not entitled to any compensation if there are issues.

Wouldn't say it's becoming a habit either.Sorry but I don't agree that we should get anything as a token gesture

Sometimes services go down, the turn around time was fairly quick, and probably wouldnt hurt for gamers to spend that time with family and friends. and perhaps go into the house?

The situation can always be worse, and people just need to appreciate that they are.

Believe me, in South Africa, we know.

Issues like this happen and I agree they should be less but kudos to the team for fixing it in timely manner.

To be fair kid have not had to many issues with xbox . They do there best to keep things running when theres thousands of gamers all on at same time . So I think they are doing well 👍
