Answer please on problems with downloading and playing Jigsaw, error code 0x803F8001

I am looking for how to get help or an answer to how long before the problem with MS Jigsaw can be fixed. I see others with the same problem for several days. I got error about needing to check my account. Store still shows that I own it. Restarted computer,
same problem. Uninstalled and try to reinstall. While trying to download, I get the error code: 0x803F8001 right after it says something about verifying license. It looks like a big problem as others are saying the same thing. I don't see any answers on these
posts. I went through the reporting link but don't know if anyone is troubleshooting the issue.

Microsoft Jigsaw

My Microsoft Jigsaw game stopped working and I got an error message, so I uninstalled it. It won't reinstall and gives me this error code. Code: 0x803F8001 The same thing happened with Magic Jigsaw and Jigsaw HD doesn't work either although I did not
uninstall it yet. It gives the same error code. What can I do.

I keep getting problems trying to download Daily Challenge Data. Error 016000

I frequently have problems downloading Daily Challenge Data on my Microsoft jigsaw. I am quoted error 016000.

Please advise

If I find out how, I will. I suspect there is a bug in an update or something.
