Modem brand & model number: Unknown 4G wireless from Ayera Technologies

Router brand & model number: Netgate M1N1 with PFSense

Wired or wireless: wired

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown no

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Strict, Behind port Symeteric NAT

Any Error Codes you encounter: 0x1040040000000000

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Ayera Technologies 4G wireless internet

We have a static IP from ayera, i read through the thread here about double NAT and my IP addresses match.

I first attempted uPnP and that didnt work, then I manually forwarded all of the ports through PF sense i set the ports to my IP from my laptop and tested them with port checker from and everything is open. I then set it to my static IP from my X1 and nothing
still strict.

I've tried the trigger pulling trick and everything else i can find short of DMZ (i havent learned how with the PFsense yet) but i figured if none of this has worked that is unliekly.

Any other suggestions?

Probably your NAT type, which is not proving consistent across various routers or firmware with the Xbox One.

There are some existing threads about this and the Xbox site has got a networking topic in the support section.

NAT is giving me grief with the X1 on my setup, yet the same kit allows me to connect multiple 360s to Live all with an Open NAT at the same time. The X1 uses seven ports and four of them are the same as the 360. Makes sense, as it's still Live.

Check your NAT on your Xbox One. Do a search on open nat for xbox one.

 

Forgot to mention that i CAN play multiplayer on BF4 but with MUCH trouble, disconnecting and other issues, and chat will NOT work. Though that is kind of obvious

Sorry to hear about the network troubles.

Has this network ever worked for you? I ask because many 4G networks are persistent in causing issues.

Are you able to disable the PFSense firewall? If so, I would suggest giving that a shot.
Also, what ports specifically have you tried opening?
