Another Xbox account (PC)

Hey guys.

Kinda need your help.

I play Forza horizon 4 and 3

I bought fh3 and 4 on the same Microsoft account.

I have 2 accounts, one with the same email as i purchase the games

And one with a different email( used to use the other account to play fh3 but when fh4 came out i switched to the other xbox account.)

I want to buy an add on in fh4 with the other Xbox account (not the one with the same email as the one that i purchased the game with)

Is it possible to get the add on? On the account that didn't purchased the game? Or it will be tied to the other account (the one with the same email as i purchased the game with).

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. When it comes to purchases made on a Microsoft account, they would belong to the account used for purchase. If you are game sharing with your own account (the one used for purchases), depending
on the item you may or may not be able to share that with the second account according to the restrictions placed on such items by the developer. Here are some articles from our support pages that contain information you may find helpful:

It will be tied to the account you make the purchase under.

Thanks, I have tried a few things - still no luck:

I'm not using VPN
On my gaming PC, the firewall is allowing xbox in/out
On my gaming PC, I connected to another network, but still can't logon - no errors nor messages.
On another win10 pc I have (not suitable for gaming), I installed xbox live and could successfully log on to my account.
So, in short my account works (from another PC), but I can still not log on from my gaming PC. It worked fine until yesterday.

I've also reinstalled xbox on the gaming PC.

Is there a log somewhere for xbox on the PC?

Or any other ideas?
