Hello everyone , i was having issues since yesterday with Sign In Account.

So i removed my account and tried readding it , i entered my email , password and then , there's the msg : " Another user on this device uses this Microsoft account so you can't add it here ".

The fact is that i don't have this account anymore on my xbox one : "All clear.There are no account on this Xbox. I can't play my games anymore , the screen displays a green screen instead of the game image. (Sorry for my bad english)

hi there! Whenever I try to sign into my xbox account it says "Another user on this device uses this Microsoft account, so you can't add it here" . It's after that I removed my account and restart my xbox. Any help here?!

Error: Another user on this device uses this Microsoft account, so you can't add it here.

All users have been removed and there are none to choose from, but it says that the Microsoft account is already in use on this device.

Heya R4alGamer!

It sounds like you might be using the wrong Microsoft Account to sign in. When you created your Xbox Live account did you by chance use a different e-mail address to sign up? Just to make sure, is R4alGamer the Gamertag that you're trying to sign in with
or is it with a different Gamertag?

If you are unable to remove accounts from your console, your only option left would be to do a

factory reset of the console, keeping your games and apps.

Besides the suggestions provided in that link, the only other thing I would suggest is to try signing into Xbox.com with the email associated with the Gamertag and password to see if they have any issues (if the password is right, and signs into the correct
account).

I had a sign in error so I removed the account as recommended. Upon readding the account, it says "(user) is here already. Another user on this device uses this Microsoft account, so you can't add it here."

There are no accounts whatsoever under the sign in menu or delete account menu. This is the only Microsoft account I have ever had. So i now cannot delete or add the account??

https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status. There is a service alert that might be affecting this.
