Another useless email from MS Xbox Live Rewards - problem with account

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

I have the same problem with cashed in gems for MS gift cards. Gems removed from account, but no emails, no confirmations, not balance change.

I need to find a way to contact xbox rewards live about this.

As communicated since March, Xbox Live Rewards members from Australia have been migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program. This was communicated in a popup on the Rewards page, and in an email to your billable account email. More details on this migration

No message on LIVE.



Since the promotion I have changed my preferred email and it has caused some problems with not getting emails from Xbox Rewards. Xbox Rewards support said I can't do anything to change that so I would assume the same problem is there for other Xbox offers.
No email in the junk folder of either email accounts by the way.

there is only 2 legit site for free ms points and it is owned by MS

bing rewards and xbox rewards

anyone else should be avoided

you will never receive an email giving you ms points code from those sites

they are deposited directly into your account
