I am very sorry that you are presenting this problem, with the intention of helping you I did an internal search on the Microsoft community forum and found a possible solution published by Independent Advisor Wilfredo_Soto and I wanted to share this information with you to try to solve this problem.

Did you try reinstalling the store?

Through PowerShell, run as administrator

PowerShell: Unrestricted Execution Policy

$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore). InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml'; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest

Or clear the cache?

Press win key + R > type:

ms-windows-store: PurgeCaches

> accept, the store will open.

You ran the Windows troubleshooter.

We can run the SFC command to check for corrupt files

Then run the DISM command one by one and wait for them to execute. Remember that these commands are performed in the command prompt, running it as administrator.

Through these commands, we can check and/or repair any file with errors in the Windows image

DISM / Online / Cleaning Image / CheckHealth

DISM / Online / Cleaning Image / Scan Health

DISM / Online / Cleaning Image / RestoreHealth

If none of this works, we can try to restore Windows from a restore point.

I have created a new account with admin rights. The download starts and shortly after the start comes error 0x80073d25. What now?

ran in to another issue with this method, i cant update the apps cause it gives the same error as before :v

Mine is doing something similar, it moves past that screen to another that says you must update the app and when I try to it says there was an error and he update did not work
