Another update and again network settings are broken

Thanks for letting us know about this issue, if this issue is persisting with all the steps taken I recommend attempting to try the update on the console from another internet connection. Sometimes updates can unintentionally blocked by a router's firewall
settings so its good to test this out from another network.

Hi, if you go to settings/ system settings/ network on the Xbox

Select your network in the list there, then select Configure network and then select Additional settings.

You'll see the Restore to factory defaults option, select that and then power the Xbox off and on again and try the connection again.

What often happens is when you've used the Xbox on another network it tends to keep the old settings and this should clear those out.

Goto System Settings > Network > Choose your network > Configure Network > Additional Settings > Restore to Factory default and then connect back to your network and try to download the update again.

Yes, i'm checking under network settings on the Xbox Console Companion. I reset my network settings in the windows settings as suggested by someone on another thread and it's just telling me that server connectivity is blocked again. It's always one or
the other.

On your console go to settings/ system/ network settings. Select your network connection from the list of available networks. Then select configure network, then additional settings. You will see an option to restore the network settings to the factory defaults,
do that, power the console off and back on and set up your connection again.

When you connect your console to another network it will remember the settings for that network and resetting the network settings can often times clear things up.
