Another thing about the real name enforcement

The problem is that since xbox live is a wordwide program there are some normal word/name in one language that could be not appropiate in others... I am still not able to read your name in your reply, maybe it is blocked also here... If xbox enforcemnt have
not accepted your case review you cannot do nothing since there is no way to directly chat/talk with them...

And yes if your name is banned now on xbox one it is banned from all Microsoft site/consoles even if xbox series x came out today

I did do the case review & they decided to upheld it. All I had in my real name was "��💔��" & for some reason it was inappropriate. Also so like if the Xbox Series X came out today, the option to share my real name would still be banned?

From my experience I can say that prior to decide for a ban the enforcement team starts giving suspensions of few days and only after several violations they decide for a ban... I am not saying this is your case, but maybe this is not the first time they
suspend you for something?

Because if they started directly with a ban your violation should have been a serious one and from what you are saying I think this is not the case...

Unfortunately all the ban are related to xbox live and not to the console, so if something is banned on xbox one it will be banned also on PC and new console until the ban is removed

You're right & I'm not actually suspended even though I was a few weeks ago because of a false communication suspension I had to deal with it. I meant like the banning of my real name on the xbox one across the next gen unless they give me another chance
to share it on my profile on there.
