    Hello,

    We have an XBOX 360 and recently purchased an XBOX One. We did not have an XBOX Live Gold subscription until a few days ago. I redeemed the code on the XBOX One using my account. I have other profiles that I want to access using the Gold
    subscription.

    On the XBOX One console, all three of the profiles (mine and two others) are able to access online game play in COD: Advanced Warfare. However, only "" is able to play COD: Black Ops II on the XBOX 360. We also have Halo 4 for the XBOX
    360 and all of the profiles are able to access games online.

    I have tried rebooting the XBOX 360 console. I have also attempted to download one of the profiles twice. Based on my troubleshooting, there seems to be an issue with COD: Black Ops II, not with XBOX Live (I can connect using Halo 4).

    Does anybody have any thoughts regarding what else I can try to get Black Ops 2 on the XBOX 360 to work? I have some other older COD games, but I haven't tried those, yet.

    I just bout gold membership for $59.99 and now when I try to get on multiplayer to play xbox live it says "the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live." Why is this?
