    (Another) 'Quantum Break: Pre-order bonus not received' thread


    Ordered Quantum Break via the Xbox Store on 4th April 2016. Gave it the required number of days (and more) for the codes to arrive... but they still have not.

    Had a chat session with Xbox Support (on a Sunday!!! which was great!) [Ref#
    [Mod Removed]    ]. They confirmed that I am eligible for the codes with the purchase. They also recommended that I post here with my issue.

    So here I am, eagerly anticipating a pre-scripted answer! (Another) 'Quantum Break: Pre-order bonus not received' thread ;)

    Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

    I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

    Still haven't received pre order bonus for quantum break.

    Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

    Quantum Break preorder

    I pre ordered quantum break and did not receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare bonus and and i waited 7-10 days. I pre ordered through microsoft store and it said you will receive bonus.

    Preordered Digital Quantum Break. Have not received Alan Wake

    More info: I purchased Quantum Break via Xbox on February 12. Quantum Break has installed. Alan Wake for Xbox 360 was given free as a pre-order bonus. I never received any code for it, and it has not been added to "My Games" list.

    Per another thread in the games section:

    Support is investigating the issue that users have not received their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break.

    All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information. Also, note that threatening legal action will always get a thread locked.

    Unfortunately there is no expected date time yet though
