Another post about the $75 Xbox One promotion

From what I'm witnessing on other forums/boards is that everyone who has received this offer on their dashboard is in Canada, the thing is, in the terms and conditions it says that offer is only valid for people in the United States. So this got me thinking,
was this promotion supposed to be released to members in the US? Or what?

Contacted Support through the live chat and I was told that I would be getting a code, but that they are sending them out in Batches so it may take a few days to arrive. Hopefully that will be the case

I know it's early in the day, but I'm just a smidge antsy about the offer now. I received the $75 promo offer on my 360, and went out of my way to snag an xbox one in time to set it as my home console prior to July 31st.

If it isn't received by the end of the day today, does anyone know where I would need to go to start trying to get a resolution?

I've two. A day one and the day before it was available pre-paid/pre-ordered a kinectless version for the other room. I've also bought the vast majority of the games that have come out for the system.

Think they'll toss me a code or two?

@AC1D - According to news articles on the net the offer is valid for UK and Canadian people as well. If you haven't got a console yet now would be a good time to get one.

Any Xbox One would be eligible as long as you activate it by July 31.

I know that Official Support is looking into this for you, but something caught my attention during this discussion. You stated in a couple of your posts that you didn't want to open and register the console without some confirmation of receiving the $75
as part of the promotion. However, the promotion information clearly states that you must activate the Xbox One as a home console by July 31st. If you did not open the console and activate it by that date then you haven't met the requirements to receive the
$75 from the promotion.
