Another player used mods to give me achievements I didn’t want

it still didn’t give me the achievement is there any way that xbox can give me the achivement manually? my gamertag is Camizalegend

Is there any way to transfer the data from Xbox live, for example, achievements, games, to another email, this account is only for Xbox use, I tried in many ways to recover, recovery requires answering more questions, and because it’s just an Xbox account
the answers are insufficient for recovery, I didn’t want to lose my 18,850 achievements, what a sadness
