Another missing 3 months live gold issue

Hi, Here is another missing 3 months Xbox Live Gold issue. Xbox support sent me here after a chat conversation. Like others, I purchased 3 months Xbox Live Gold in January that came with a bonus 3 months free. Was to
have received the code by mid March but haven't received it yet. Could you please have a look and advise? Thanks!

I have purchased 3+3 months live gold membership in may, but I only got 3 months live gold membership (when i've puechased it said they will send me an another code for the next 3 months), not the promised 6 months. Today the 3 months will expire and I want
to know when do i get the code for the another 3 months?

Not recognizing I had Xbox Live Gold in Jan 2018

Thanks, XBLRewards3 for responding to my previous thread and sending me my missing credits. But you closed the thread before I asked a follow up. I appreciate that I am getting my missing money but Xbox Live Rewards is still saying I am not Gold. What will
happen when I get my Feb deposit in March? Is the issue resolve? How do I fix this issue? Xbox Live Rewards on Twitter said I need to cancel the 3 month promotional Gold. But how do I do that? Xbox Support said that is not impossible. How does added a 3 month
promotional Gold turn my entire Gold into a promotion? Also, I just bought a new 3 month that I added to my Gold, so how come it didn't change it back to non promotional?

Does not count as one month, I am entitled to 3 months, not as I got my first gold in that month then this profile does not count right?

I can still create and all but 3 with Gold.

I have created another profile and this is with a 1 month live gold free.

I would recommend saving up another 2000 points to get 3 months Live Gold for 15000 (including level 2 discount)

2. The date that you purchased 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold via this promotion (to be eligible, you must have purchased during the promotion window between 1/15/2018 and 1/30/2018).

1 I spoke to a customer service representative and they confirmed the purchase I have a reference number if you need it and yes I did buy it within the deal time window
