Another dead Project Scorpio console (no display)

Looks like my Project Scorpion console has just died, got a display when i turned it on started Recore then lost the display and now i cant get anything to show just a black screen have tried holding down the power button for 10 seconds and unplugging the
system from the wall for 1 minute, also tried the resolution reset (hold eject and power for till beep), have tried a different HDMI cable but still no display. Is there anything else to try?

Is it best for me to contact Amazon for a replacement or Xbox themselves?. Im super not happy with this there has been a fair few of Project Scorpio systems failing to this issue and now if i have to send my system back im not going
to have a Project Scorpio edition system anymore....so much for being loyal to the brand!!

Scorpio isn't an update or a new "code",it's a new console,which has nothing to do with the op's thread.

No Project Scorpio is not a next gen Xbox or new console, just an update like the PS4 pro. And the project Scorpio name is indeed a code name for this unreleased update console.

Scorpio Edition Replacements

Project Scorpio Edition consoles are limited edition consoles. I've heard some reports that people get Scorpio editions as repair replacements, but I am sure that the repair centers have a limited supply of these consoles
to give out.

If you purchased your console from a retailer, it is best to get in contact with them and see if they can immediately exchange your console for another Scorpio one.

If you have exhausted all of the troubleshooting steps in that article, then your console is likely defective, and will need to be repaired or replaced.

It should be faster to return it for exchange by Amazon, so this should be your first option. Sending it in for repair by Microsoft usually has a turnaround of 2-4 weeks (at least in the US).

If Amazon does not accept your return, you can try to send it in for repair by Microsoft:

This console is definitely one that I had to get my hands on. The Modern Warfare 2(xbox 360), Gears of War 4, Project Scorpio and recently added Gears 5 consoles look nice displayed together.

They said it will be a 1x. This is why, for Scorpio owners, they should have some sort of plan in place.
