Another Dark Souls 1 code not received thread

Purchased Dark Souls 3 Feb 20th. It's March 4th this is my new thread for you to check my eligibility further.

I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 and have not received code for Dark Souls 1. You Mentioned that if by Friday 4 Mar 2016 I still have not received my code to make a new thread. This is the new thread. I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 on 21 Feb 2016. I should have
my code for Dark Souls 1 already.
