Another Alan Wake code not working...

Microsoft sent me only Alan Wake 's American Nightmare code , but I also have the right to play Alan Wake

I bought the Quantum Break in pre sale, had not received the Alan Wake code. Microsoft sent me the Alan Wake's American Nightmare code but have not received the code from the main campaign of Alan Wake.

 

You may have to redeem it on another website. "TokenNotSupported" Alan wake code

Buy the xbox one with the pack quantum break and alan wake, but does not accept the code of alan wake. Message:

What is the error code you are getting?

 

XBOS-4000 (then follows a longer code)

 

I'm really eager to get this downloaded... Anyone know if this is an xbl problem or do I need to approach the vendor?

 

Talked with Xbox Live support, they are investigating the issue. Problem is caused from their (xbox) service

 

Hi, thanks for your reply. I spoke to costumer support who tried their best to get the code applied but determined that the problem was that I'd been supplied with a US code, which can't be applied to my UK account.

The codes for Alan Wake should be universal. Could you please do the following:

• Private message me the token code you received. To private message me, click the envelope below this post of mine.
  
• In that private message, please let me know where you received the Alan Wake code.
